  1. Here I will be posting the progress on the Imperial Supercommando armor!!! VID_24201029_222538_196.mp4
  2. It's been a very long road, but one that has taught me so much, and finally I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I rebuilt the model from scratch, adjusting it to fit human proportions more closely, and with a much cleaner topology. I'll begin a new thread with my WIP as suggested, where I will post progress on the 3d printing and overall process with the physical armor. Thanks a lot guys for all the help you've given me along the way. The list of things that are missing in my model are as follow: -Gauntlets -Backpack -Little detail bellow the belt -Figure out a way to make the belt more comfortable to put on
  3. Sure, no problem. But be warned, this was made for a mobile game, so the model loses a lot of its charm up close.
  4. @IcyTrooper this is the best video I could find in game: But I have some shots from the model I extracted:
  5. Here are some references I got from the files I extracted from the game.
  6. Not really, I'm making my model based on the references for the Force Arena version, because it's more "realistic" or at least less cartoonish
  7. But this would be considering the Rebels version? Because in the Force Arena version there's only Gar and Grunts. Also, I wanted to ask, should I post detailed renders of my model in this thread, or begin a new one?
  8. Almost done with the files. I'm really embarrased this has taken son long, the lockdown really hit me hard, but I'm expecting to have them ready before the year is over.
  9. It has it's advantages. For example you can make your armor fit you better, and is cheaper when no molds are available. But it can be quite time consuming
  10. 20+ hours for that part, plus 12 for the dome (printing right now), plus the antennas and the back panel. Overall a little bit over 1Kg
  11. I finally have the helmet ready for 3d printing. In the week I'll post pictures of the print.
  12. Yes I do! Well... the only detail missing are the teeth. It should be as accurate as possible, since I modeled it around the original game 3d model.
  13. Yeah, the helmet I made was for the cartoon version. I plan to finish first the Force Arena version first, it just looks better, and I have more references.
  14. At this point I'm kind of embarrased to keep posting progress over periods of over a year... but hey, worst is nothing. I think I've improved quite a bit since the last time I posted something, and this is the fully 3D printable armor chest that I recently have been modeling (still a WIP). And I wanted to share with you guys!
