I"m glad to be back on the path to the TX... 2013 is going to see a massive expansion to my costume list.

after a long hiatus on the black armor I clear coated the following parts: chest and back abdomen / cod kidney and butt plates belt, thigh power cell and sniper knee shoulder bells and biceps tomorrow is legs forearms and lid. boots are all ready and everything is almost ready to test fit and shoot photos for halloween. I think I'm gonna troop it this year for the 31.

well folks. today is the sad day where I must announce that my wonderful companion feisty has been promoted to the special ops squad in the sky. hopefully she will find lot's of things to do in her missions. she will be missed. the best animal I've ever known.

there's cushman, doopy do's and grand moff niko... yep... you can make a cushman look pretty good if you mod it. the other's you just have to paint and assemble. simple, logical... perfect!

a cat tx... now that's just precioussss... and I have a workshop in the works, it's my paint booth, and holster shop. probably will have a nasty star wars calender on the wall just for fun. mark off the months of work with a star wars babe on it every month. the kitchen table is my workshop for cutting when I started this project. actually it's always nice when the man gets to tell the wife how the kitchen is run, I can cook too!

good eye there boss... when I get my kit completed I'll swap out the image... I'll be doing flat black details on the lid, to conform to the existing refs. thanks everyone for the encouragement.

I'm thinking mirror on the inside of dark green. that way they are sunglasses

I can easy have both types... is green the pref? I think it would be cool to have silver lenses, tubestripes and frown. so that it all matches. but I see that we have black everything. since I usually use Flat black for my vocoder/chin areas of my lid... that's cool with me.

hehe... I just use tape... does not come off like velcro!

I have the kit fully trimmed, sanding is up next, and then some more photos, after the painting starts!

I like them and will be wearing one every time I wear the spec ops gear.

I've built up the ATA works kit in white, for a friend. so that was my training phase to build this kit. being my 3rd kit to assemble this will go VERY fast in the build dept. some minor shipping scratches might require putty or filler. we'll have to see how she does on the sanding table. I have a set of Keith's hovie tips, TK 4510 decals, and will be doing flat black details on the lid, with one way mirror lenses over the top of the ATA green lenses. I think I'm going to get some extra brow trim from mark h. this brow trim looks pretty good, but I like the taller and thicker brow trim than the ATA. so far with AP, ATA and now stealth ATA I'm almost there on the costume parts for my fan film. I plan to have TK,TX,TC and TKC costumes, as well as a "high tech" undersuit, a space pack, a heavy weapons pack, soft costumes for stormtrooper commander and finally TIE pilot. some sith robes, and some off world style correllian smuggler pilot clothes. The story centers around my work as a special operations level commander chosen in this line of clone batches to train human and alien academy cadets in the transition from clone trooper korps, to white tk conscript humans. being in the command level clone batch, there are several of "me" doing different tasks in a mission environment. the story will follow several of my missions over the passage of about a decade or so. my first scene will be in episode III clone commander armor. then transitioning into regular TK. then wearing sith robes then wearing TX armor you get the idea...

the cat is old enough to drink beer. she's almost 22 actually! hehehe...

my armor is in the shipping phase! when the big brown box arrives, you'll get a ringside seat.

hello gentlemen. I'm well on my way to the ATA black hole special ops specialist build. from the Shire Jodphurs, to the TK4510 decal set. this is going to be a fun build!! glad to be here troopers! dark salute...
