I think the brackets are more screen accurate. It comes down to personal preference. I used snaps myself.

I used to keep the chest and back together in my case and ended up snapping off one of the shoulder bridges. Now I do it separately and roll up a towel to protect those pieces

I found black tactical gloves on amazon. mine go more past my wrist than most of the other tks but I like it because the forearm armor doesn't rub against my skin and I also don't have to worry about people seeing any skin there. as far as the boots go i'll let the more experienced guys weigh in on that so I don't give you any wrong info

with the AM kit did you do something to fill the seam between the cap and back of the helmet? that seam bugs the crap out of me
