  1. Hey all! I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a Walt's shadow kit later this year, but before I do I'd like to know if bigger guys have had good luck with his armor. I'm 6'0, 225lbs, 38 inch waist. I've already started losing weight, and have begun shrinking, but I'm still just kind of a husky fella in general. I just need to know (roughly) if his armor will fit a guy like me before I put down the cash for it. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hey all! I'm getting started on my Shadow Trooper build later this year, and after reading the CRL I'm a tad confused about what is approvable in terms of accessories and paint. Paint: I noticed in the CRL that black tube stripes are allowed, but I've seen approved troopers with dark grey, black, and classic TK blue. What exact shades/paints are approvable? I want the blue TK style tube stripes because it really "pops" against the black. What shade of Humbrol or Testors silver is used for the frown and/or vocoder? I've never seen a definitive answer, it's always just "paint it a proper silver." Accessories: All the CRL says about accessories is that black pauldrons are approvable, but I've seen troopers with grey, white, and even orange. Is just black approvable or is any pauldron acceptable? I've also seen "Roadblock" ammo pouches and MP40 magazine pouches as well. Are these approvable? Lastly, I've seen some troopers with a white Imperial logo on their chest plate. Is this acceptable? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Also curious about this, I haven't been able to find much info about the exact shade.
  4. Hello all! I've recently decided to make my second armor kit a Shadow Trooper, and I want to go with an AM kit since I'm a bit husky. Apparently with my measurements, I would fit quite well in that kit. Anyway, I've heard rumors that AM is no longer doing TX kit runs. Is this true? I've emailed them, but haven't gotten a response yet. Also, if someone could confirm their email address that would be great, because I was told two different ones and I may have emailed the wrong one. And also, I'm planning on getting an ATA helmet because I love how they look and feel, but would an ATA helmet on an AM kit be approvable? Lastly, anybody here have an AM kit? What do you think? I've heard nothing but good things. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
