Decided to model and 3D print a belt buckle and will mold and then cold cast this using resin with Aluminum powder. Also got around to painting my SE-14R. Drying to decide if I want to weather it or not.

I'm definitely in the hurry up and wait stage. I am having a friend print up parts for the E-11 type blaster. I used the shoretrooper blaster models graciously provided by Sean Fields and chose the components that were common with the DT's blaster. I ended up finding a better E-11 blaster grip model and have another friend providing me the folding stock from an E-11. I will have to craft the front of the barrel from pvc and will order the retractable airsoft stock. Any thoughts on the webbing? It's not your typical nylon webbing. I've looked and looked and can't seem to find anything close. May have to live with standard webbing (1.25")

So I purchased several yards of the Yaya Han fabric from Joanns today and plan to pickup some headliner material to attempt to create my gaskets! http://www.joann.com/cosplay-by-yaya-han-4-way-pleather-fabric-black/14748685.html#icn=Cosplay&ici=searchbanner&start=17 I may use foam or rope to create a more pronounced rib, will be trying several options before I settle on my final result. I also had a major find today. I located a clip that looks like the chest clips on the ammo rig. It's an open faced web buckle. Been pouring over the strapping on the chest rig. I believe the two straps that go up to the shoulder clips are 1.25" webbing with a cam style buckle that secures it in place. Not sure how to feed it through and secure it though. As for the small straps on the corner, they appear to be 2" elastic that I assume I'll use velcro to secure in place. Finally the strap around the back is 3/4" webbing. I plan to use a short section of elastic with velcro attached to secure to the webbing with small rectangular clips.

Did you make the gaskets yourself? They look great. Would love some insight on how you made them?

Did a little stitching on the pouches. Also glued down the extra pieces on my SE-14. Ordered my MP40 pouches from Epic Militaria. Will have to color in the stitching, but otherwise should be good!

Chest Rig arrived today. Ammo mags interested. Need to figure out the rigging!

What are your plans for the blaster model? Do you intend to offer the model up or will you be doing production runs?

I am gauging interest in a run of HK 20 round ammo mag replicas. These are the mags that can be seen in the Death Trooper Specialist's vest. These are cast in resin with a black dye (actual product will be dark gray and color will vary). Minor clean-up required to remove fill port and flashing. Paint to finish.
