  1. Just an FYI. Sister Margaret's is going through wave 1 and is a much smaller operation compared to Jims team. Especially his turnaround time from order to delivery is outstanding. Sister Margaret's is similar to other vendors that shut down during production simply due to size. Thankfully there are plenty of options out there to get these suits out. ðŸ‘🼠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. In my opinion I feel it's better to submit a fully detailed CRL rather than a generic version. ðŸ‘🼠In the end Legion Command will dictate what will be required for each level, plus it'll be up to the interpretation of that CRL by the local GML for approval. More information at this point is best in my humble opinion. LEDs. I say make them Optional. Marketing and promotional materials can also be used which support the use of LEDs. MMs/inches (measurements) in level 1? I vote to leave them in. There is plenty of other CRL Level 1s with MMs/measurements given. Since a majority of this detailed work has been researched already it would be best to submit this with the measurements and let them fall where they may. There is also precedence for included measurements. A quick glance at some of the other more detailed and intricate costumes do show and support measurements in level 1 approval process. This may be the case here. (Vader/Boba/ heck even TK has measurements included for belts etc) Otherwise this is some great discussion, keep up the great work everyone ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
  3. 👌ðŸ¼ðŸ‘ŒðŸ¼ðŸ‘🼠this is coming together Exciting times ahead Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Welcome to spec ops. Following this build. I too have a kit that'll be cut down for a female. Approx 5 foot. It'll take a bit of cutting but I figure it'll be ok. Until we upgrade and print some items to replace em. Welcome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Agreed. Since Dr Marten is still selling a very good alternative with a majority of the elements there it seems only logical to stick with that one. Another concern I had was if the spat is to be attached? Is the spat leather or material similar to the knee/elbow gasket? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Following the entry for CRL updates to soft parts.. Mark, initial post shows vertical ribbing is 4mm. However the horizontal ribbing located to the immed left under the shoulder bell is 3-4mm. Holding true on the fine rib sizing transitioning over from ST discussions, appears this one is black of course . So with the fine rib at 4mm. Can we edit the others to reflect a 6 to 8mm. I would say near 8 as each one is 3 dimensional and has a D shaped deep curvature. Thanks Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
  7. Nice updates on Pancho and neckseal, thanks Mark Is it possible to add 3- 4mm ribbing on shoulder area and visible sections under pancho? There is a transition at the bicep point showing the 3-4mm ribbing on jersey changes to the 6-8mm elbow gasket. Therefore undersuit will have ribbing in all visible areas under the armor. The 3-4mm. appears to be present at the shoulder and extends to front and back however is only visible on sections not covered by the Pancho/neckseal. Thanks Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
  8. Aye, I agree w Mark, the strapping exits the undersuit and this one has a cushion. I'd imagine this is a cushion and is similar in design to the seat belt padding that is sold. The cushions pushes away from the thigh and allows for more fluid moment when the armor rides up during walking. Makes sense Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
  9. Apologies, we are really bummed it won't be happening too but the sewing detail is quite intricate, the time per unit is fairly excessive. It's definitely possible to make..just a time sink To put it in another perspective, shore took near 15 hrs to produce just the shirt/jacket. While DT has in addition: pants, knees, and front/back apron, all with near the same level of stitched detail. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
  10. I thought I had alternatives but looks like Endor is the only option for me Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
  11. Beautiful and all the adjectives all of them!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

  14. Is this regarding the horizontal ribs on the outer and inner thigh that run from the top to lower thigh? My take is the ribbing is rubber and inset in the plastic thigh and or there is a break between the rubber horizontal ribbed sections. On the inner thigh however, you can see where the user can step in and the lower thigh has this tab...(it's glued ugly on the back)but curves in under the front of the thigh. It's thick too. Seeing this leads me to believe this is how they put them on, open and close design w some attachment point off that large chuck of curved plastic. Thighs are held up via straps that peek out from the undersuit so that there is no visible strapping holding the thighs up. If I'm completely off...don't mind me lol. I should have a rubber coming in that may work for the thighs, we'll see once it arrives Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
  15. Yup, this is the one from Christopher. If anyone is getting one from the US lmk, it may be possible to do a group buy to save on shipping as they are coming out of Belgium. I have yet to order myself but hear good things from his products Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
