  1. I hope I didn't offend. What ever armor you decide to build. Have fun with it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk

  3. TX-30395 just celebrated a birthday and received a couple of items he needs for his first troop. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  4. I just wanted thank everyone for their help. Spencer0305 has been approved and is now TX30395. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  5. The whole kit, I would recommend. Especially if it's your first build. We bought the Anovos and there is definitely a wait. But, they delivered when they said they would, right down to the wire. As far as the build went. We didn't rush and it was fun. Rare earth magnets are a serious plus during the build. I bought 1/8" diameter magnets. Too Small. A friend loaned us his 1/2" diameter. They worked great. One other suggestion, again if it's your first build, strongly recommend E6000 glue. No lie when they say a Trooper's best friend. Good luck. PS, Don't be afraid to ask for help.
  6. Jim, thank you for the feed back, Much appreciated. I need to get with Gary here at Makaze and get that ball rolling. I think I am at the point where anything I do is just going to be tweeking.
  7. Ok, so the tube stripes were updated. 10 each side. The belt was opened and a poly reinforcement was added. I still need to touch up 3 rivets and one snap with Glossy Black paint. I played with the shape of the grieves around the right ankle to make it fit better. Have a look and let me know what you think. Unless there is something major I think the next step is to apply for approval.
  8. The belt is done. The tube stripes are done The shoulder straps have been reinforced. Next up tweaking the shape of the grieves for a better shape. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  9. Ok, I have reassembled the Anovos Belt, V 2.0. I glued the Button Covers down yesterday. Today, I finished replacing a seam I missed on the belt the other day. Reattached the drop boxes. Had to remove one and reattach it a second time. I had a moment of USDS and put it on backward. Then I reattached the holster. And last but not least I touched up the button covers and the holster mounting screws with glossy black paint. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  10. I also had three holes to patch on the ab plate. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  11. Here are the after photos, yet to be sanded. I get moving and forget to take process photos. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  12. The next thing that needed to be done was repair the damage to the six pack and button cover when they were being torn down. To do this the areas, behind and immediately adjacent to the damaged areas, were masked off with painter's tape. A batch of abs paste was whipped up using acetone and finely chopped abs scraps.
