I'm just wondering why this is the stance, when it would be easier to just copy/paste TB CRLs for the Shadow Scout and Swamp Trooper. The Shadowtrooper has a nearly identical CRL to the TK (down to level 2/3 such as flexible hand guards, rivets etc.), why the needless distinction with the scouts? IMO since there are no film dources for the Shadow (or other color variants) might as well use the films for reference. The Empire is all about conformity.

So it's a black ROTJ trooper basically? Interesting.

As far as SpecOps is concerned, do you think if I follow Lancer requirements where they differ I'd have any issues with Specialist status?

I guess my original question was more about TB/shadow scout CRL inconsistencies, so even if they derive from the same source someone may want to look into it (for Level 2). Lancer requires 3M bolts on the bucket whereas Specialist does not, different elastic sizes for strapping, etcetera.

Apologies as I'm sure these have all been asked before. Waiting (still) on my FOTK Anovos kit so I figured I would at the very least, begin researching my planned #3 costume which may become #2 with all the delays. My plan is to do a Shadow Scout/General Weir and build to Specialist from the get-go. Question #1 - Lancer vs. Specialist, AKA anything "above and beyond" Specialist that I should know about? I'm aiming for as close to screen accurate (you know what I mean!) as possible here. Question #2 - Armor/vendor recommendations. Looking for something pulled in black ABS (to avoid painting) that will meet L2 requirements. Thanks in advance!
