Hi guys, has anybody of you a source for screen accurate metal buckles for the DT armor without buying a hole ejection seat? Searched literally the whole internet without success.

How did you prepare the green tusks of the helmet. Mine look AWFUL, there are hundreds of bubbles in them and they will never become clear....

So, now everything is there and I'm fcing a real big problem: HOW do I color flexible materials like Jimi flexi-fiberglas the right way so the paintjob won't break during the bending of the armor-parts?

Not only shipping .... german customs are AWFULLY expensive 😐

Are there any good tutorials for the assembly of the armor? I've never done a regular TK-armor with all these joints between the armorparts. The scout-armor has elasticbands only. The paintjob seems to be a pain in the a**, so I guess I'll give the parts to a professional car-painter who already painted a TFO TK armor of one of my fellows from the German Garrison.
