As I've gotten started, I've narrowed my (many, many) questions down to just a couple that I'm looking for answers to at the moment: 1) Anyone have any good tips/tutorials on the best way to set up the rigging/assemble Jim's kit? 2) I found a fairly sizable crack in one of my thigh pieces - what is the best way to repair that? Bondo?

Howdy! Just got one of Jim Tripon's Death Trooper kits and am super excited to get started. This is my first armor build (I have a pre-armor Vader costume that's one component away from approval) so I would love any tips y'all have - how to prep the armor, sanding and painting tips, best ways to set up the rigging, the works. So far, the most detailed build thread I've found is Lancer's, which has great details on everything - would love other folks' tips for the best way to build a kickass DT costume. Like I said, this is my first armor kit so even the most basic advice is super helpful. I'll follow up with some pics of the armor tomorrow and try to keep this thread updated as I go.

Hi - does anyone have Jim's contact information? I sent him a PM here but haven't heard back in a few weeks and would love to know how much one of his Death Trooper kits costs. Thanks!
