Thank you. Since I am the GML of my Garrison, I will put this up in the GML forums on the Legion page. Our CO likes to have all costumes cleared though peer review on the main Legion forum (since not everyone is a member of spec ops and can’t see the feedback). I appreciate the quick response.

[TX 13875 Shadow Scout Build]

Finally got around to finishing the Shadow Scout. See link below. Did a test fitting with everything on. Other than a few kitting up issues. any advice recommendations before submitting for peer review? Just looking for basic approval.  FYI-I was wearing a balaclava with the bucket on but took it off for the bucket off pic. I will work on getting some detail pics of the greeblies etc. in the pic drive.

Looking for feedback. So while I am working on the shadow scout build, I am concurrently working on bringing my scout up to Lancer. I cut out the boots for the regular scout. Would the detail I cut out on the scout boot also work for the shadow scout specialist?

Hello there,

So it begins. I'm going to start building a Shadow Scout for my next build. I have a Lone Wolf bucket I plan on starting with. I'm going with the matte black. Anyone have a good spray paint brand they recommend?  Most likely going to use Rusto since I know it doesn't run as much as the Krylon. Any advice is welcome.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I’m going for basic on this build.  I’ve built 4 scouts so far, working on the 5th one for a Garrison member. Glad to hear painting a white kit is okay because I do have an older one I don’t use. ? Yeah RS is way outta my price range. Anyone know around how much a WTF helmet kit costs? I’m leaning towards purchasing that one if the price is right. Thanks for the tip on the black finishes too. I planned on doing more of a matte finish.
