  1. Hello, I have already listed them in the store. I will apply for a list of suppliers later.
  2. The completed product of the forearm, the missile is made of aluminum alloy material.
  3. The details of the armor back have been completed, and the vacuum detonator has been completed. The production of vacuum armor has begun.
  4. The vacuum test of the calf armor mold has been completed, and it runs very well. The new details are very similar to the prop photos at the exhibition. The triangular cover has been separated, which is similar in structure to the original prop. I tried to insert my foot directly, but it was difficult. My shoe size is European size 45, and I will make a separate structure for the triangular cover.
  5. I have finished the mold for the leg today, and I will start vacuum testing and installation tomorrow.
  6. The digital repair mold for the calf has been completed, and I have added details about the exhibition props at the bottom.
  7. The repair of the arm's grinding tool is completed and waiting for production.
  8. This is a composite ribbed fabric with a thickness of 5mm. I added Velcro to it and it perfectly blends with the leg armor.
  9. I am conducting vacuum mold testing for helmets, assembling them simply. I use ABS vacuum to make the outer shell of the helmet and use resin to create details. It looks good, but it still needs some optimization.
  10. The digital repair of the chest and back armor has been completed.
  11. OII repair completed, it will be made of resin material.
  12. These are the attachments of the thighs, and their performance is also good.
  13. This is a vacuum test for the thighs and buttocks. I think it looks pretty good.
  14. The fifth version of the helmet mold has been completed and is ready for production. I hope it can be successful this time 😄
  15. Some molds are ready, I will conduct some vacuum tests tomorrow. This is a comparison between the old mold and the new mold.
  16. The arm mold has been completed and is currently being produced.
  17. This is the front mold for the waist, which took me 9 hours to rebuild. The sudden drop in temperature caused the failure of thigh mold printing, and it needs to continue to work hard.
  18. I used a 2mm ABS vacuum for it, and I added a gas storage tank to my vacuum pump to enhance its power. It looks pretty good and is almost identical to the original statue. I will be working on the molds for the shoulders and waist tomorrow.
  19. I have already made the molds for the crotch and buttocks, the white one is the new mold, and the gray one is the old mold made based on the sideshow statue.
  20. This is the mold for thigh armor and crotch mold.
  21. The hip armor mold and back waist armor mold have been completed.
  22. I completed the design of the shoulder armor mold today. I reduced the concave part of the mold by 2mm twice, which is the thickness of the ABS board. This way, I can obtain a relatively accurate groove width.
  23. Firstly, I conducted a rough scan of it to determine its size. The height of the ANOVOS statue is 200cm, which I believe is not suitable for most people. My height is 184cm, so I reduced it by 3% so that I can use height pads to increase my height. This is a comparison between the statue and my own scanning model.
  24. Hello, I am member Jintalol Wang and I have been wanting to upgrade my Death trooper Armor mold. In 2019, I used a sideshow 1/4 statue as the basis to make my first set of vacuum molds, but I think it was not accurate enough. Recently, I purchased a second-hand ANOVOS Death trooper statue, which is more accurate in some details and shapes. I have decide to scan it and use it as the basic design mold. I will update my job content here and maybe it will be helpful to other members.
