  1. Update the mold for abdominal armor.Thank you for Henry's assistance.
  2. I will take photos of the soft parts inside the armor as soon as possible. But recently I haven't been able to wear it because I'm working on two other crl projects simultaneously.
  3. In the design of the vacuum mold, the structure of the groove requires the thickness of the material. The ABS material will enter the groove. I use 2mm of ABS, and after stretching, approximately 3.6mm of ABS will enter the groove. Therefore, the vacuum molds you can see will have wider grooves. Only in this way can you obtain the relatively correct vacuum parts.
  4. Based on Henry's suggestion, I made some upgrades. This is a new back waist mold with some invisible details.
  5. I think they are suitable, the leg circumference of the calf may be 45-46cm, and the forearm can also enter the thicker arm without being closed. Everything is sold separately.
  6. Update some photos of helmet preparation work. The helmet is composed of vacuum ABS and resin components, which must be properly bonded together. The main body of helmet is two-piece and requires soil filling assistance for production, with no gaps. I used P38 soil filling and 3 pneumatic sandpaper machines to polish it.
  7. The helmet is completed. The weight of helmet is 700g.
  8. Some helmet updates. On the left is a vacuum helmet, and on the right is a resin cast helmet. Replace the lens from PVC to acrylic.
  9. The vacuum helmet is almost completed.
  10. Incomplete kits require you to assemble the upper arm, lower arm, thigh, calf and armor. You can use glue.
  11. The helmet is not included in the armor kits.
  12. The armor kit does not include a belt, but if you only need a belt, you can leave a note for it and I can give you a belt with a length of 110cm
  13. After 7 rounds of mold making, the vacuum helmet is almost completed.
  14. Hello, I have already listed them in the store. I will apply for a list of suppliers later.
  15. The completed product of the forearm, the missile is made of aluminum alloy material.
  16. The details of the armor back have been completed, and the vacuum detonator has been completed. The production of vacuum armor has begun.
  17. The vacuum test of the calf armor mold has been completed, and it runs very well. The new details are very similar to the prop photos at the exhibition. The triangular cover has been separated, which is similar in structure to the original prop. I tried to insert my foot directly, but it was difficult. My shoe size is European size 45, and I will make a separate structure for the triangular cover.
  18. I have finished the mold for the leg today, and I will start vacuum testing and installation tomorrow.
  19. The digital repair mold for the calf has been completed, and I have added details about the exhibition props at the bottom.
  20. The repair of the arm's grinding tool is completed and waiting for production.
  21. This is a composite ribbed fabric with a thickness of 5mm. I added Velcro to it and it perfectly blends with the leg armor.
  22. I am conducting vacuum mold testing for helmets, assembling them simply. I use ABS vacuum to make the outer shell of the helmet and use resin to create details. It looks good, but it still needs some optimization.
  23. The digital repair of the chest and back armor has been completed.
