  1. I'm currently studying the whole costume, but the softparts are a struggle. The undersuit is different on each picture. On the first one and the second, it looks like the suit is ribbed from the shoulder to the upper part of the forearm. It's sadly really hard to be sure. On the third ( taken from the serie's propmaker studio), only the chest looks ribbed, the arm is completely smooth. On the fourth ( taken from the exposition of genuine costumes at the Toy Sapiens store exhibition, thanks Hyuta Nihira !), the suit is ribbed on and from the chest to the elbow. What I assume is : - On the third picture, the suit wasn't finished - On the fourth one, people that assembled the costume didn't fully and properly stretched the suit to the bottom of the arm, you can see that between the biceps and the elbow. They aren't very meticulous since they assembled the belt upside down --' What do you guys think ?
  2. Hey there Tober ! Some details are missing but they are absolutely fine !
  3. Thank you very much Glen. Your thread is very helpful. I'll follow your steps to make my Jim's armor more accurate. My chest is a little bit lower than yours, how tall are you ?
  4. I only count 6 of them on the reference pictures. Can someone put the light on that ? Is is based on the Stage troopers, statues or the Hot Toys action figure ? Thanks
  5. Alright nanotek, I wasn't sure if I was allowed to post this thread here, thank you.
  6. Hello There. I propose you to follow me on my journey for an approval of a Sith Trooper armor. Since I originally began to develop this thread in the 501st French Garrison forum, I thought it would be a good idea to share it with you fellow SpecOps members. Every part of this armor has been ordered already trimmed/painted/finished except for the blaster that I purchased in KIT. The reason is that I never built or painted something before (too scared to mess up parts) and I live in a appartment. The armor is a 850 Armor Works trimmed and assembled by La Forge des Étoiles , a local assembler / painter / maker in France. In the first place, I planned to buy the finished armor from Armory Shop but customs fees and shipping costs are really expensive in my country. Armor Parts : - Helmet / ArmoryShop / Received - Armor / 850 Armor Works / Ordered - Gloves (Anthology Trooper Glove (ATG)) / Imperial Boots / Received - Shoes / La forge des Étoiles (probably from Imperial Boots) / Ordered - Undersuit / Armory Shop / Received - Blaster / Sanotized Creations / Received - Transport case / Leroy Merlin / Not ordered Will post pictures soon...
