Always loved Marion's beret & she's a great trooper and friend as well. The unofficial off duty uniform had been black coveralls with the beret, but as a dress uniform, I like the Marine style one above with the the gold buttons and the rank bar. That looks sharp. With the johdper pants and shiny boots, it'd make an awesome 'unofficial" costume until some SW artist helps make it real. Maybe we need to do a beret flash run, like fellow trooper Joe Linden suggested in the past.

Never clearcoat your armor! Makes it hard to fix scratches. Just stick with red paint and touch up as needed if you decide to paint it. This is speaking from my years of experience as a Vader.

Granted that $35k is for a whole pallet of red abs. You'd have your own personal army of magmatroopers. lol

Best wishes for a good build on your new TX armor! Pics are always welcome to help folks as a reference. Speaking of which, I'll have to post pics of my restoration and rebuild. Armor's in the shop, but it's been slow going since life gets in the way.

We found a local supplier who can get the red ABS, but you have to buy it by the pallet, which is about $35k. If a supply of red ABS can be found, a run can be started by anyone who currently makes armor - That's been the problem: Supply vs Demand.
