  1. Yes, a lot has been said about the 850 Armorworks kit, but nothing about the Jinta specifically. Jinta does a good job on other armor and may be able to produce a crisper kit. I already have a Jim Tripon kit as well as a 3D-printed kit, but was curious how the Jinta Props version stacks up. I don't see any discussion about it yet. I did just see in the description that it can only accommodate up to a 105cm (41") chest, so it's likely a moot point for me at 115cm. I also just noticed the description states, "It won't make you look like a horse face or goose egg head," so that's good. 😂
  2. Does anyone have experience or opinions on the Death Trooper armor offered by Jinta Props? https://www.jintaprops.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=223&product_id=399 I have Jinta Props armor for R1 TIE Pilot – it's the same as used on the CRL model. But I have not seen any posts about the DT armor.
  3. Thank you, Mark. I responded now. Thanks for your interest in helping Carter. We're on the same page and appreciate the Detachment's help.
  4. Carter has directed me to this thread. I am the current GML for Garrison Carida in Eastern Pennsylvania. Carter's submission was reviewed by myself and our staff of eleven Academy Advisors. I'd welcome the chance to discuss this costume with the Spec-Ops Command Staff. For privacy reasons, I would like to move the discussion off this public thread, as local review information is protected. Please let me know your preferred method, perhaps through PM or via the Legion GML costume review forum. Spec-Ops has assisted greatly in the past in both costume reviews at the GML forum, as well as personal advice on my own Spec-Ops builds. As a GML staff we certainly want to consider the Detachment's advice.
  5. Thank you! I had seen your products come up when I did my initial search. I'll be in touch.
  6. Has anyone added LED to the Anovos Death Trooper bucket? Before I tear into anything, I wanted to know how easy it is to access the green pulse emitters. Wasn't sure if they were modeled to eventually accept lights and whether there is access once you open up the helmet liner. I'm not afraid of modifying things, but I don't want to break anything in the process. Thank you!
