I'm not building this costume and not sure if any of these boots could be made approvable with modification but these are what I found after doing a quick search for women's boots. If your looking for someone to custom build them for you I would recommend looking at the vendors on the Pathfinders forum (ROTJ biker scout) Forums - 501st Pathfinders Detachment. A lot of them will make the biker scout soft parts in black for you for the shadow scout (I know one of the bootmakers can do those in black too actually). Older thread... and not sure if this is useful to anyone, but these helmet bolts were recommended on the pathfinders forum. https://www.amazon.com/Fibre-Metal-Honeywell-FM4001-Quick-Lok-Adapter/dp/B002BUMS8Y/ref=psdc_7491811011_t1_B015MG1SMK They are not black so you'd have to paint them, but they are concave if you prefer that look.
