    Hey I’m back. I know it’s been a while but while I was waiting for my hard armor to come from Walts trooper factory I discovered some really cool fan art of an army trooper that I think I will make my kit off of. The trouble is that I can’t ID the chest rig the guy has on and I can’t really find where to buy the mudtrooper looking shin guards he has on. Any help would be appreciated.(currently trying to fix the photo link)

    I love the military and the equipment they use. I have quite a few uniforms and ballistic vests sitting around in my house. I don’t currently own a M1 but I might get one someday

    Well shoot it sucks that we can’t make it an official CRL but like you guys said I could just build an army trooper and wear the armpit with it if my local garrison will allow it.

    That is a serious bummer your rebel CRL got denied I’m really sorry about that.     Hey I also have ballistic vests! I love military equipment my personal favorite vest is the Interceptor body armor vest. And thank you for the tips I will do this.

    Thank you for your service. We’re you ever issued the PASGT armor system? Those M1 pot helmets look uncomfortable

    If it would be helpful I have found some photos that closely resemble the original reference pictures. (Unfortunately the files were too large and I was only able to upload on reference photo but I will attempt to shrink the files and try again)

    Oh well. There is an imperial army officer modification that is pretty similar to this. I guess I could go with that or try to find reference photos for this that are actually official

    I am interested in making an imperial army trooper variant of this. I have seen some images of imperial army troopers that appear similar to this but with shoulder bells and in some instances ALICE pistol belts as opposed to leather imperial belts

    If more reference photos for the previous photo I posted would be helpful I think I have some sadly most of them are fan art. I think you might be onto something with the fantasy flight thing

    The mud trooper does look fairly similar to what I was going for but I have seen army trooper with armor plates on the chest and back I am not sure if this is canon or not however. Is it possible that a intermediate-ly armored trooper exists? I am going for something similar to in my profile picture like this but olive drab and maybe without shoulder bells. Like I said however my knowledge is limited and I might be trying to make something that doesn’t exist.

    Hi everyone. I a fairly new to this whole imperial costuming thing and I am putting together an imperial army trooper kit but the details on how they are supposed to look has been pretty inconsistent. I have been able to figure out mostly how they are supposed to look but I still can’t seem to find if they need shoulder bells or not as well as what kind of belt they need. Currently I am leaning ALICE pistol belt and no shoulder bells but if any of you know the correct way to do this please let me know. Thanks,
