Heres what I have so far for my muddy build. Uniform from Jim Tripon Gloves are highlander specops, found them on ebay Scarf is a military surplus off ebay Boots I found from a russian vendor off etsy I have the armor ordered with plash, Ill be getting supplies together for dying the plash soon.
