  1. I recommend loosing the "matte" for paint. Pill shaped accurately describes both the shape and size of the slots. The chest bevel should be mentioned so folks don't cut it out, but should also be part of the understanding of "realistic style" chest armor Below are some captures of the shoulder straps. They merge with the chest and back plates, but do look like they utilize areas specifically made for strapping inserts in the chest plate. The straps look to just slip under the backplate. I'll leave it with the team on how to better define this. Here's what's visible on the Electrostaff Variant The ElectroBaton Trooper who wears the same base armor components...
  2. I like it icy. The moderate weathering wording is good too and should probably be applied across all parts.
  3. Your choice team! I didn’t include it in my build as I made the assumption that the white cog is a remnant of model build for the visible red cog on the opposite side. It could be included, but wow would that be a pain to mask off and paint! LOL
  4. I used the words tear drop shape as I didn’t know how best to describe the shape. They are kind of shaped like an avacado. Lol. If the team has better wording, feel free to make revisions.
  5. Thanks Team for your continued work on this CRL update. Let me know if you need any specific pics of my kit, or additional captures from the game. Note, my reference pics use a spotlight feature in the game and I also increased the brightness to highlight the details. Things that are back, do look light black or even grey'ish.
  6. Here's the shoulder bib, both front, and back ... as the details are different. The front has 3-5 vertical panels. The actual number is unknown due to armor covering it up. The back has approximately 10 vertical panels. The vertical panels start at the top edge of the shoulder. Shirt Next...
  7. For a basic level of approval, I don't know what to suggest, as a standard clone undersuit might be ok, but misses the shoulder bib piece. Below is a pic of my undersuit layered up how it is worn. Pants, then shirt, then shoulder bib. The shoulder bib goes on like a really small poncho. Mine has mini-snaps and velcro to keep it in place. The neck seal from the shirt pokes through the shoulder bib opening for the head.
  8. No worries. I'll try to provide some clarity. Here's a pic showing that the neck seal is not part of the shoulder-bib. You can se the front of the shoulder bib under the neck is flared out vs the neck seal.
  9. For interests sake, below is a picture showing the design and size difference between a standard Stormtrooper pauldron and the Purge Trooper Pauldron. They're really different.
  10. Hi Icy, I have a few critiques of the bodysuit. I like the inclusions of stich spacing, and approximate dimensions. You could add the fine detail of ... there is a rib where the sleeve meets the body of the shirt. Although, I don't know how specific this CRL should get. I wouldn't introduce the change of wording of the bib to a vest. A vest has sleeve holes, and also includes the body of a garment. There might be a better word for "shoulder bib". Maybe, shoulder guard, or shoulder cover, or maybe shoulder bib is most appropriate. The shoulder bib is a feature that rests over the shoulders, and has a hole for the head. The neck seal should be part of the shirt, as shadows in the game show that the neck seal is not part of the shoulder bib. The material for the shirt(with neck-seal), pants, shoulder-bib, are all the same. Leather or Leather-Like material. You may need to make the undersuit into 3 sections. Shoulder Bib, Upper Body, Lower Body. This gives builders options for the undersuit. Have a one piece undersuit with a shoulder bib, or have shirt, pants, and the bib.
  11. Hey Stevechewbacca, This trooper is available in the battle grid in the game. Endless captures can be taken of the in-game model for reference. I’ve found that artwork produced for the game often doesn’t accurately represent the real in-game model (I just went through the exercise with my Purge Trooper). If you can’t grab shots, let me know and I can capture a bunch of angles from the game. This is a cool trooper! Good job on brining it to life!
