  1. Tomorrow is the debut of this costume at the Toronto Comic Con; I can't believe I got all the armor pieces and the soft parts inside the Stanley 50 Gal Bin. Here's my travel kit... Armor Bin And the Electrostaff Bin
  2. The bodysuit is made from a "fabric" that is a synthetic technical material that looks like leather on the outside and has a fleece later on the inside.
  3. Here's my undersuit in its current state. It needs a final hem at the bottom of the shirt, and some mesh cut in for heat release. I'll post final alteration pics once I've got it done. Pants Shoulder Bib Shirt Layered up
  4. I’d agree with the thigh stripe width. Mine at 1.5ā€ in width. The sizing might vary depending on the persons vs armour proportions. Also, for the satin vs matt, satin has a little more reflection value, where matt is closer to flat paint. There is reflection in the armor in the in game model. let me know if I am ok to add input on this stuff here.
  5. Shoulder Bells Biceps Gloves with Handplates Knee Plates (Mine attach to the shins with magnets as the game model shows the knee plates regularly travel inline with the shins) Elbow Plates
  6. Weathering time... Hand plate on the left has grey paint weathering. Hand plate on the right is complete with grey paint weathering and a coat of car wax to bring the depth of the black back up.
  7. I've updated the kama details, as the triangular cut is incorrect. Trim (bias tape edging) dimensions also differ from cut to edge.
  8. Electrostaff • Electrostaff is approximately 84 inches long. • The middle handle of the staff is approximately 35 inches long. o The middle section of the staff is ribbed. o There are four evenly spaced, circular rods that run the length of the middle section. • There is a black gunmetal/dark-gray coupler greeblie on either end of the middle section. • Outside of the first coupler greeblie is a textured, black gunmetal/dark-gray section followed by another coupler greeblie that is a mirror image of the first coupler. • There is a short, black gunmetal/dark-gray section following the second coupler. o This section has four evenly spaced detail strips. • The next section is a smooth, black cylindrical section. • The next section is a smooth, grey or silver section with a smaller diameter than the preceding section. o This section is approximately 9 inches long. • The tip of the staff consists of a smooth grey or silver section with a squared off tip. o This section ends in a bevel where it meets the preceding section. o A detail line is present around the circumference of the shaft approximately an inch from the end. I don't know how best to describe the electrostaff. Below are the dimensions and configuration I have calculated, which differs from the current CRL. I don't know if this level of detail would be too concise for the CRL, as building materials will dictate anyone's build.
  9. Boots • Black, ankle high or tall enough to cover the ankle and eliminate any black undersuit visible at the ankle. • Boots are lace-less. • The boots have armor detail to include a natural seam at the toe and a strap that goes over the top of the foot with two protruding disks at each side of the strap. • There are no markings or labels from the shoe makers. • Boot soles are flat. • The outward facing edges of the boot soles are black. OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): • The bottom of the sole is red with a black capital "Iā€ line detail. • The red does not extend to the edges of the boot bottom
  10. Lower Leg Armor • Realistic style lower leg armor. • Armor is painted matte or satin black. • Front of the lower leg has a flat triangular detail at the top which transitions to a ridge line that travels down the front of the armor to the ankle. • Back of the lower leg has an indented arched area that continues down to the ankle. • Bottom of the back side has an arched half circle engraved line at the heel. • Armor is seamless, except where the calf spoon connects to the back of the lower leg indent edge. • Armor has little to no weathering. Any weathering present consists of grey tones. OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): • Calf spoon inserts connect to the lower leg inside and are secured to keep in place.
  11. Knee Armor • Purge Trooper style knee armor. • Armor is painted matte or satin black. • Knees have a protruding flat area in front, oriented towards the top of the knee. • Knees bend around the front and connect to black detail clips that connect the strap on each side. • The outer leg side has straight edges from the central rib, and the plate does not extend towards the back of the knee where the clip attaches. Note where the clip attaches, that the knee plate is a straight cut up-and-down. The bottom edge features a "high-arc" cut in it. • The inner leg side of the knee plate has a curved top edge (vs the outer's straight), and the plate protrudes further back towards the back of the leg. This side of the knee plate is actually longer than the outside. Note that where the clip connects, there is a gentle curve in the plate. Also note the "low-arc" cut at the bottom of the knee plate. • A black colored flat strap, about 1ā…› inches wide, wraps around the back of the leg. • Strap has a raised ā… inch wide grey center strap. • Armor has little to no weathering. Any weathering present consists of grey tones. Outside of Knee Inside of Knee
  12. Thigh Armor • Realistic style thigh armor. • Armor is painted matte or satin black. • Two white grey, chevron stripes are present on the front of the right thigh. o Stripes are approximately 2 inches wide with a ½ inch gap in between. • Thigh armor has a flat triangle area above the knee which transitions to a ridge line that runs up the front of the thigh to the top edge. • Rear of armor has a rounded, indented area. • Armor is seamless. o No visible traces of how the armor was assembled are shown. • Armor has little to no weathering. Any weathering present consists of grey tones.
