Hi @TeaJay, Me and my buddy Kenyon have the helmet almost completed. We are finalizing the small pieces right now and we should have it complete by the end of this week if everything goes right. These pictures were from a couple of days ago and more progress has already been completed last night. Also, if you need a reference model for the trooper without armor but wearing a one-stripe patch then let me know! I seem to be the only one attempting it right now.

Hey everyone! Here's a progress update on the helmet from my best friend Kenyon! Still working out the smaller details. Getting a seamstress to sew the straps before applying the appropriate silver buckle and then eventually the telemetry unit and greeblies will be installed right after!

Thank you! Photos after the weathering/distressing. I apologize if there's not much significant difference. I also want to caveat that my trousers are a little shade tanner than the jacket/cap but I think it goes well with the look and as well as it being seen sparingly during the show.

Hey guys! Just finished the dying. I will weather later but here is the result! I decided to do a one-stripe rank as noted in several scenes during Andor.

Made some progress on the suit today! I dyed with Dylon Olive Green with some hints of Chocolate Brown for texture. They are currently drying at the moment! Once they are fully dried I am going to "weather" the suit using Vince's method from KeepTrooping (Formerly Imperial Boots).

Hey guys, sorry if this isn't pertinent to the weapon topic but I got information from Ezra over at BaileysBuild Designs and she is working on production for the correctly dimensioned and pill notch belt boxes in case if anyone is looking to meet the anticipated L2 CRL criteria.

Filler and primed so far! We're looking at the weight of this helmet to be at most around 2-3 pounds. At least similar to an average combat helmet.

We're working on all the requirements to make this helmet L2-Certified based on the proposal CRL. Changes to the materials on the goggles, color of the helmet, and a few other things to note. He is excited to pursue the opportunity and this will be his first attempt at the Aldhani Trooper helmet.

A little update on the helmet! Kenyon from Etsy and I are taking good steps to make sure we demonstrate the most accurate interpretation of the helmet at least up to L2 standards. What he has on his sale page will be incredibly different to what we are making right now. Here's a picture of the progress with the first coat of SW Green-black as noted from @TeaJay Build.
