Bandage Monkey

Hello All, Not sure if this this the correct location for this question, but I recently cleared my General Weir and Shadow scout. Now I am working on getting level 2 clearance for both. But on reading the requirements for Weir. I noticed that on the crl for the back armour it stated the following. Detail piece on top of tank is not present. Does this mean that the plate is completely removed and its just a plain tank. Tank stripe decals are not acceptable. I understand that this would mean that the line decal is remove completely, is this the same for the 6 strips on the right side of the tank also? Kind regards Alan
