Thanks everyone for the comments - truly glad to finally be able to don this amazing armor. Seems like forever ago when I first talked to Terrell about doing a red ABS run, and now I've got a troopable kit of Magma gear! Outstanding!
As to the SE-14R, I picked it up a good long while back from Lewis over at SciFire (it's HyperFirm). Not sure if they're still making them or not - having seen them advertised in about 2 years now.
Next stop... Specialist application!
Just wondering what the official line is on these two boots for the Shadow/Blackhole Trooper - is either boot better for look and finish, or is there enough of a difference for it to matter?
The Barnstormer seems to be readily available. The Amsterdam,on the other hand, not so much. I'm sure they are out there to be had, but I don't see the point in spending that time if there is no real value over the Barnstormer.
Thanks!

For everyone who's posted on this thread, or had an interest in putting together a Magma Trooper... please see my recent INTEREST THREAD post. If we can find 30 folks who express interest, I think there's a good chance that the caster I'm talking to would agree to do a run of red ABS.
Please add your 2 cents and be heard!
Don't give up hope - we just have to be persistent. And I really think the key is getting the word out through the various Garrisons, as I'm SURE there's at least 30 suits worth of interest across the Legion.
Best,
- Andy
