Hey all! I'll be ordering some soft parts in the next couple of days. I'm not adept at sewing, but I'll be attempting to tackle modding the coveralls on my own as well as constructing a cummerbund and pouches.

 

Like my previous build threads, I will be editing this first post to include details of each item ordered including the links. It will be very picture heavy as I find this to be most helpful.

 

So, without further ado, let's get started.

The needed mods for the undersuit are pretty straightforward (unless you plan to do the panels, those are tougher). I did mine and I don't have great sewing skills. However I do have good hiding skills, to coverup all my mess-ups

Which coveralls are you using? Some of us have had great luck with Red Kap.

Agreed! I have a nice Redkap mod for both my scouts. Good stuff and the base suit is very affordable.

Modding a standard coverall is generally the way to go (redkap for you guys in the states).

 

 

The most complicated part is the crotch patch. But just use the suit as your template and you won't go far wrong.
