If I buy a fully assembled shadow trooper costume from this people in UK www.stormtrooper-costumes.com , will it be 501st approved?

The best answer is "no, nothing is 501st approved out of the box". It comes down to how it looks and fits you along with whether or not it conforms to the Costume Reference Library (CRL) standards established for that costume.
