Marvzuno[TX]
So, after MONTHS of procrastinating, I have finally started my build. I'm going to start with the arms because that will get my feet wet and will give me more courage to cut further down the line So bare with me as I plunge into the madness! Link to comment

Darth Emphatic[CMD-DWM]
Good call. I started with helmet way back when. Not the best choice, lol. Link to comment
Marvzuno[TX]
So this is my right arm. First things first, I apologize for my holiday weight 😬 So the biceps feel right at the top and kinda pinch when they meet my forearms when I bend my arm. I know I have room to trim down the forearms where my arm bends, but is there anything that can be down about the slight pinching at the top? I might have small upper arms and that might be why they feel slightly big/tight. Rough sanding has been done and they need cleaning up. I rather leave a bit to trim than not enough and need to replace items 😬Input? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
Griffin-X[501st]
Not too bad. Are you getting any pinching on your arm? That's usually the worst part of the costume if the parts are too tight. Link to comment
Marvzuno[TX]
I actually am getting some pinching where the forearms and biceps meet. It feels like the movement is limited and tight. I also get some slight pinching at the top of the bicep. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment

In those areas, try to lightly sand down the area on the inside a bit. That may help prevent excessive pinching. Link to comment
Darth Emphatic[CMD-DWM]
Can you tell if the pinching is coming from the bicep or forearm (most likely forearm)? 1 Link to comment
Marvzuno[TX]
Mostly the forearm. I have room to cut it down a bit on the forearm. I know I can't cut to much on the bicep due to the return edges. Can the return edge be sanded down/eliminated at the inside top? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
Darth Emphatic[CMD-DWM]
A return edge isn't required but you can also turn down and add one back. If you want to try that I would find some plastic to practice on. You'll need a heating iron. I added a return edge to a number of pieces on my original FX because it never had them. Link to comment
Marvzuno[TX]
I'll trim some down and report back 😬 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
