Trimming the visor is where having a rotary tool like a dremel really pays off. You can use a cutting bit to cut around the outline and use a sanding drum to get a clean edge. Kaabous is right on point with his technique though and he makes another excellent point of taking it slow almost a layer at a time. No matter the method you choose it's always a good technique to take it a step at a time.

You deifnetly made some progress on your build. The armor looks good.

I agree whith what the guys mentioned before. The poches should be moved towards to the sides. The cummerbund stichtings must be seen in the center. Try to move the pouches as far as possible to the sides of the chest armor.

Thats good to hear. You are doing a great job. It's still the lenses you bought on the beginning, right?!. By the way. Yyou gonna paint the TD black?! I did that for my first one, hat some trouble with the color.comming off, so I got a full black hose, which was kimd of dificult to find.

Furiosa:

I bought an AFX silver mirror visor. Let's see what happens.

Also, I have a question. Can I make a hole on the sides of my helmet where the ears are? Can it be done?

Feel free to have a look at the detail pics from my armor. This may help you.

I have a question about the ear holes at the sides of the helmet. Can I drill a hole on both ears and still be approvable? I'm going to work on my helmet soon and I want some advice. I'll use a dremel to make the holes of the helmet. Any advice or recommendation would be great.

You'll want to drill out both ears for ventilation. Trace it the same way you did your visor and trim them out. Sand the edges and you should be good to go.

Ok, regarding the helmets stickers or decals:

Should they be black in color or gray?

If anyone can show me a picture that would be great!

The decals can be either color. I think most of us guys amd gals tend to have full black decals and details. Let me look up some grey details ...
