The first one top one the MP40 sandtrooper leather magazine pouch.

From what i see in the CRL that looks correct

The CRL is not clear on wether the ammo pouch should be leather or not, or if the stitching is white or black, it just says that the buttons shall be silver.

 

Correct me if I am wrong here but technically you could get away with either but I would go for the first option. It will look better and it matches the pic in the CRL

You make a valid point. Yes the first one matches the CRL so I believe that is the right choice.
