ComradeDave[501st]
I know this has been asked before but other than Anovos, what is the most accurate DT helmet in production now. A lot of builders have upgraded recently. Link to comment
Woodo007[TX]
Hey mate. Here is a side by side of an anovos with my printed helmet using Tom Campbell’s. Hopefully u can see by the pics they are very close in scaling and design. Toms files printed at 100% is a bit bigger than the anovos. So essentially if u find someone who is producing helmets using Toms files then it will be very close to anovos accuracy. I think Andrew mcclary at plastic arms dealers has made his helmets using Toms files [emoji848]Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
ChrisG[TX]
Just tried on an Anovos helmet today and it would not fit over my head at all. That thing is tiny. Link to comment

I'm leaning toward Armory Shop. Link to comment
jc1327
I just bought the DT helmet files from Tom Campbell. He saild that his helmet is about 5% bigger than the anovos. Did you print his helmet at 100% or did you scale it up a bit? Also, how did you print the main body of the helmet, in small pieces or in one piece? I am woried about printing it in one piece since it would take several days to print. Link to comment

I also did one at 92% for my daughter. I have only been able to print the main body in one piece once. Tried it other times and keep getting failures. I do it now in two parts and glue together Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
