It may be that you just need to get the bund/crotch retailored for a better fit.  The crotch itself seems oversized which is contributing to the bunching.

Where the belt is in these current pics…that is where your waistline is or is it higher/lower?

I agree with @RAIDER on re-tailoring the cod as it definitely shouldn't bunch up like that. Also for mine I shaped a 4mm thick piece of ABS using a hairdryer and sewed it into the bottom part of the cod. I think this is a similar approach that others have used in the past.

Hi yes the belt is sitting on my waist. But even if I put the belt up higher day up to my belly button the pouches still don't sit on the belt. Also I am going to see a seamstress..I have some friends who have biker scout costumes so I'll see what size difference the cod is to there's

Just a quick update the soft parts are with a seamstress at the moment and I should get them back in about a week and a half I will get some more pics taken once I have them back and ask for input before putting in some more clearance pics with the UK 501st
