Those are cool! Are these for personal or seeking as kits?

Hello, I have already listed them in the store. I will apply for a list of suppliers later.

Hey nice work on this armor!!

Q: On your website, does the "armor kit" option include the "belt kit"? Or do I have to buy it separately?

The armor kit does not include a belt, but if you only need a belt, you can leave a note for it and I can give you a belt with a length of 110cm

This is the most screen accurate Death Trooper body armor I have seen yet! Rogue One came out in 2016, so it’s been almost 10 years now but this armor looks totally worth the wait!

This actually looks even better than the Anovos armor that never happened. IMG_1006.thumb.jpeg.c1c8dc47d8027d1309a4297dbd5a981a.jpegBut I am very happy Anovos made those statues, amazing reference source! For years I was hoping someone would make ABS armor using that as a reference. And you did an incredible job!

Absolutely stunning build, best I’ve seen since Rogue One!

Just curious, what’s included in the unfinished $1200 kit vs the $1680 finished kit?

I’m very interested in purchasing a kit from your website, so any info would be great. Thanks.

Incomplete kits require you to assemble the upper arm, lower arm, thigh, calf and armor. You can use glue.

Hi. One of my local garrison members is looking at the kit. Could u pls confirm a couple of details?

Does the detonator on the back kidney plate have different sized end caps?

Do the thighs come with enough accurate ribbed material to do the inner And outer gaps?

The person looking at the armour is 5ft 11". Can u confirm this will work? My concern is, altho abs I cant see how it could be trimmed without losing important details.

Many thanks

Nick

Update some photos of helmet preparation work.

The helmet is composed of vacuum ABS and resin components, which must be properly bonded together.

The main body of helmet is two-piece and requires soil filling assistance for production, with no gaps.

I used P38 soil filling and 3 pneumatic sandpaper machines to polish it.

Would your full finished Death trooper armor kit including all options (undersuit, belt etc.) fit someone who is 1,90cm (6 foot 2) tall?

Also the "finished armor kit" option on your website does not include belts, specialst rig etc, right? These have to be added additionally?

Best regards

I think they are suitable, the leg circumference of the calf may be 45-46cm, and the forearm can also enter the thicker arm without being closed. Everything is sold separately.

That sounds great. I am really interested in ordering a full death trooper kit from you including the soft parts + specialist equipment. Could you post some pictures of the soft parts? And maybe pictures of someone wearing the full set that we can order? Also is no measurement needed for the undersuit?  Best regards

Based on Henry's suggestion, I made some upgrades. This is a new back waist mold with some invisible details.

For those not yet aware I’m basing this discovery on photos of screen used armor, as well as several Lucasfilm licensed action figures, statues, ect. Every single example I can find in-fact. Remember Lucasfilm does 3D scans of characters in costume then supplies them directly to companies like Hasbro for creating action figures and such.
Anovos would have also received the same 3D scans for creating these promotional statues for the release of Rogue One, not to mention the Death Trooper armor prototype they advertised but never produced.

This is all we can see of the Kidney plate on the Anovos statue which Jintalol has replicated very accurately! 👌

However we know there is another trapezoidal shape at the top of the kidney plate, hidden under the backplate overlap. It tapers outwards because we can see it on the screen used armor.

There is also a wider groove separating this hidden trapezoid overlap from the rest of the kidney plate.

This same shape from the Helmet also appears to be on the hidden trapezoid.

Every example I can find of this trapezoid overlap exposed has this exact detail on the right side.

There are even more examples of this but I will not post them all here. You can also see the angle of the trapezoid aligns with the grooves on the upper back plate in every example. So we use the grooves on the Anovos statue as a reference angle.

Anyways this is one of the main constructive criticisms I had for this armor if you can even call it that, and even then it was only due to a lack of information. Which I was well prepared with because I had already done my research and was in contact with another owner of one of these Anovos statues for many years prior to this. His main concern that prevented him from creating armor with it was these unseen overlapping areas. Jintalol has already captured any details in the Bicep/Shoulder Bell overlap, and the Abdomen/Chest overlap perfectly which were the only other two overlapping areas of concern.

While we are at it i do also have a suggestion to make the armor even more authentic:  The Lines on your Shoulders are too thick , they should be kinda slim.

In the design of the vacuum mold, the structure of the groove requires the thickness of the material. The ABS material will enter the groove. I use 2mm of ABS, and after stretching, approximately 3.6mm of ABS will enter the groove. Therefore, the vacuum molds you can see will have wider grooves. Only in this way can you obtain the relatively correct vacuum parts.
