It is, but I'm still hoping to find a brand that either matches or close to it for others. I actually own the set already but always looking for the proper sources. Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
Many parts are fresh off the printer. The radio is dry and cured. Tried a dry fit and all the parts line up. Have to remove some small supports, prime, and paint. Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
I'm using a Jim Tripon back and chest, but updating the collar to be more accurate. This is a test print. A better, modified collar is on the printer now. The back needed cut down air hose attachments compared to the standard Mudtrooper ones. Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
This is my first attempt at the gauntlets. These are the original ones from Darth Berry. I modified the file and uploaded it to Thingverse. I added rivet heads as seen in the show. Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7051245 I've also modified the Comm Pad which goes on the left gauntlet. It's on the printer now. 2 Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
The belt boxes in Andor seem to be either grey or a dull brushed aluminum. As a result I'm not going to use my shiny aluminum from other Andor / R1 costumes. The belt buckle also seems to be the same color. Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
Four out of the five belt boxes that go on the tactical belt are done. The fifth one is different and I need to see more material to get it right. I designed these myself and uploaded them to Thingverse. Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7051240 Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
I wanted new shoulder bells so I printed them. These are from Shoretrooper files made by Galactic Armory. The biceps are from Jim Tripon (seen in the back of the photo) and are from my AT-ACT Driver. Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
I have the benefit of being in Andor Season 1 as an extra, and I know they used a modified BDU. I think I've found it, or something very close to it. The field jacket is a cotton / polyester blend, long enough to reach my mid-thigh, with four pockets with square flaps, the upper pockets being slightly smaller than the lower ones. The elbows are reinforced, the cuffs roll up perfectly, and the buttons have a left over right enclosure to hide them. The collar is very easy to flip up and modify into a mandarin style collar. I'm wearing an XL Long, but I ordered a Large Long to see how that fits. Required modifications to match the probable CRL: Modify the collar to mandarin style. Hem the very bottom of the jacket so the lower pockets rest on the end of the jacket. Add pockets to the sleeves in line with the upper chest pockets. Add a seam across the back of the jacket, with two vertical seems running from the horizontal seamline to the bottom of the jacket. It's easy to modify and less than $40 on Amazon. Link: https://a.co/d/9s0YdxK I suggest buying 2 jackets so you can cannibalize one for material such as the small pockets removed from one jacket and onto the sleeves of the other. Use material to make a mandarin collar and to make the reinforced area of the pants (which are the same brand, same material). I'm going to try this myself, but a seamstress in my area offered to do all of it for less than $50 1 Link to comment

Tal Skirata[TX]
I’ll be honest the material of the jacket looks quite different, the final on screen jackets weren’t modified from any existing world jacket to my knowledge, we had a jacket that I believe was taken as a pattern, modified and produced in the final fabrics, but those jackets weren’t the brand you have here. while what you have does look close as I said the fabrics look different as well as I know there were no buttons or button holes present to suggest the jackets were modified from these. not necessarily saying you’re outright wrong just pointing out what I see given my experience with the costumes. 1 Link to comment

Oh for sure it’s not an exact match, but having worn a lot of uniforms in my life I felt like the inspiration was really familiar. The fabric is mostly cotton and feels like duck cloth. Its a BDU and definitely feels like it. Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
Printed out the sabatons and they look great! I will drill holes at the appropriate places and use Chicago screws to join them all together. In terms of how to keep them on the boots... I'm not sure. Possibly an elastic band running under the boot. Source: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7050487 1 Link to comment
Tarrif[TX]
Updated the original CommPad from DarthBerry (bottom) to my own remix (top). Came out pretty good. I'm sure someone with CAD skills can do much better. 2 Link to comment
