  6. Sorry for another slow update! Finished the first resin part. I'm using a ship resin so it should be quite flexible and strong 😀 its still a bit rough, i'll clean it up with dremel once i got all the parts Doing major revision on the stock and the front of the flamethrower because i found some inaccuracies so I'm gonna need to print those parts again and make silicone mold again. Heres a video of the stress test as well. I think it should be strong enough for troops ya 😠https://vimeo.com/154884027 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. All the silicone molds should be dried by today so i can make a resin prototype to check the shipping price Jim 😀 there's a part that i need to print again because its a bit inaccurate though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. That is a possibility, but i still cant tell how much it'll exactly cost until i have the first resin kit done and packed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Another piece done. Still trying to figure out a way to ship the kit to US as well... The price is crazy expensive... Might have to use sea freight :/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hi Guys, Terribly sorry for the slow update. We've started on doing the mold, some parts are finished while some are still waiting to dry. we ran out of materials and will have to get more tomorrow. Will try making a prototype out of resin and see if it can be light and durable enough for troops! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Yep, once i've made the mold i will post the casted product here first for review. If everyone's ok with it then i will start on making more, i want to be sure everyone'll be happy with it first
  15. Haha that would be fun in troops 😜 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. the webbing is 50mm, was a bit frustrated trying to find the red color here. Almost bought white one and just going to dye it red...
  17. Thanks Todd! Yep, first step done. Now i need to make sure the copies will be as good as the original. Will post update again here ya. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Thanks for the kind words guys! I am planning to start making the mold after Christmas and then i'll explore some materials, see which one will be the best (both durability and weight wise) one to use for trooping. After i get everything done i hope i can do 5 of them/month or something. I'll write down all the names here for the first run ya
  19. If someone else wants to do the armor then i can move on to something else hehe, if not i'll start making the bucket after i finish with the backtank. I bought SGB bucket, but they don't really look screen accurate so i'll redo them from scratch.
  20. Yep definitely. There are lots of things that can be done with this including a soundboard as well, but i'll play around with the electronics once i got the back tank done. Still trying to figure out the strappings as well, if i put a smoke gun inside it'll at least add 2-2.5kgs to the tank... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Just wondering if this is ok for the bandolier? Looked around for a 50mm red webbing and all the shops i went through told me i have to buy an entire roll... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Sorry for late update, i will try to post progress pics this weekend. At this rate i'm hoping to get the tank done by the end of January.
  23. Might be a bit late, but my 1st time assembling a kit is Chef's as well. What i did was just following the trim lines on the back of the kit, even though some i have to go over/before the trim lines but hopefully it shouldn't be too hard. The hard ones to do for me was assembling the back tank (rivetting the bottom) and of course assembling the bucket. But good job so far man! Keep up the good work!
  24. I'm hoping to finish the backtank by the end of january, went to look for some portable smoke gun to install inside the back tank so we can spray some smoke with this. Would love to make one that shoots flame, but i think we'll get in trouble for that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
