Ohh, Well seen. I've didn't see it like that. I think it's not a 2 slots / 3 bar buckle. But a 3 slots / 4 bar like this one : http://www.paragear.com/skydiving/10000175/H430/ The strap comes over the second and third bar. And the hook comes to the second bar.
