  1. Speaking of elevator bolts, they look blue-gray to me.
  2. It does look like a “shadow” around that snout instead of a “rubber gasket look” from rotj scout.
  3. I should get my black sharpie. ?
  4. @BigJasoni that looks awesome! When we were discussing about the specialist CRL for the helmet, the gray areas of the snout was left off to show the green. I used my Cricut to cut out the gray areas but kept the shape of the snout arch. Your helmet looks more streamlined , smooth and symmetrical so it’s probably not the number of stripes but the symmetry of the snout arch stripes. Looking at my helmet snout stripes, it does look wonky. i also used the Cricut to make the hook symbol. I think we need clarification for the outline of the snout. @RAIDER
  5. It’s Gloss. I don’t think they made a semi or matte of this color.
  6. Hi! I used this color. Meadow Green
  7. Tank and detonator re-do I used Vinyl pinstriping from the nearby auto store. Painted rivet I went for 1 Rank stripe. Bottom before. Top after. Slightly redid the paint on the top of the round greeblie. I’m hoping that the paint job around the round greeblie would pass up as “weathering.” I tried to pry off the round greeblie but it would not budge. I just need to attach the detonator clips and I think I’m ready for a full suit up.... unless there’s something else that I missed.
  8. Ear hole done, biker sticker snout thingie replaced.
  9. Hook corrected. Bolt color corrected, sort of, I’m bad with matching colors. I think it’s close enough.
  10. Updated belt. Replaced the nylon webbing/drop straps. used cotton webbing. No rivets. Also replaced decal on the back of the helmet to blackout vinyl.
  11. previously, there were two rivets that connected the plastic belt to the webbing. Redid that and now has one rivet. there are no rivets on the webbing that attach to both dropBoxes. thanks!
  12. planning on applying for specialist. Need some input. Any info appreciated. Testing photo sizes.
