  1. Coming along nicely! That’s not a Rangefinder. It’s a Taser! The box is supposed to spring forward, like a bayonet, and the taser rods spark up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  2. Who is the maker? I see you have 850 listed for armour. What about soft parts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. Absolute pleasure to have been on the journey with you Ricky. You were always willing to listen to feedback, and actively added your own creative solutions to the build. A job VERY well done [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  4. Fantastically detailed thread Ricky. I’d expect nothing less. This will provide an invaluable resource for all recruits if the 224th Imperial Armoured Division Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. Unusual. Maybe try again! For Jim try sending an email to: eastasiasupplyco@hotmail.com
  6. Jim Lau does fantastic patches. You’ll find him in the Mudtrooper Builder group in Facebook. His are same quality as Anovos but cheaper and slightly bigger Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. It looks fine. I’ve never been a fan of the cuffs but they will be ok. The material is the same bull denim I’m having my jacket made from so it will be Lvl 2 ready. In regards to the neck, it’s simple, just don’t zip it up all the way. The opening doing should start just below the neck of the armour do you don’t see it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  8. Great to may some paint down. Always feels like the true start of a project. Don’t worry about chips...you’ll want plenty more of those to add to the weathering [emoji1787] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  9. When you come to affixing the boxes make sure you have the medium boxes the right way up [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. I know some Deathtroopers and Shoretroopers with similar shoulder straps which aren't functional. Once the length and fit has been decided they create a Velcro connection underneath so the armour can be easily donned and doffed.
  11. Once weathered I’m sure they’ll look fine [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  12. Great to see your build coming along. Noticed that your medic bicep has three red stripes. Production reference so far has shown three gold or heavily weathered yellow stripes. I did write this as part of my CRL updates and wait to see if it will be amended. Just wanted you to know that a small repaint could be imminent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. For the MT they appear to tie the Plash yo the should straps. In terms of finished look you’re aiming for something like this... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. The CRL you’re referencing is old and does not reflect the current CRL under review. There will be all new reference pics and more accurate descriptions and wording. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  15. The longbox, yes? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  16. Congrats on getting your build underway. Noticed you’re currently missing a belt box so hope it hasn’t been forgotten [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  17. Stormy...all those early shots are of Rio and that kit has many differences to the standard MT. Honestly, I don’t believe we need any more reference shots given the knowledge already shared get to this point. We’re almost over the line! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  18. Helmet is different, chest plate is different, he doesn’t wear shins and his boots are mid-length like Rio’s. And he wears the Officer long coat. Certainly a different class of trooper or a put together disguise. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  19. Yes, and a completely different chest plate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  20. The pants were specially made for production rather than being an off the shelf solution. There’s a big distinction between the area for the knee and thigh so be sure to get it right for the correct look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  21. The Z-6 Rotary Cannon was exclusive to Korso in the same way the long barrel DL-44 was exclusive to Han in the deleted scene. We’re not including Han specific items in the CRL so question whether we include this? @Raider will Korso be a separate CRL or Mudtrooper variant? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  22. I’m cool with that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  23. Some new info to enter. Up to you whether it is part of basic or an OPTIONAL Lvl 2. UPPER BELT - LEATHER Features a ‘saddle groove’ running lengthways along the top and bottom of the belt. Here’s the supporting imagery... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  24. Reference for the Medic markings... And as much as I hate referencing a toy... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  25. I've reviewed the update CRL. Just a few points... TUNIC - Question... Should material for Lvl 2 tunic be so specific? Happy to follow the pack on what is decided? We do know it WAS a heavy Denim. We don't know the exact ounce rating. SHINS - Change of wording, see in green. A “T” shaped knee plate is affixed to both greaves AND may appear to angle slightly away from the knee. AMMO POUCH - Wording is currently confusing. Suggest the following... May be worn on either right or left chest with upper strap placed over the corresponding shoulder and the lower strap across the chest, passing under the opposite arm. MEDIC MARKINGS - The stripes on the white media bicep are gold or heavily weathered yellow. They are not red! Right bicep armor is painted white with three GOLD stripes on the cover strip. E-10 BLASTER OPTIONAL: Web sling is fitted with snap hook buckles from a 70s era Yugoslavian Backpack. This is actually incorrect. It was originally believed to be these buckles that were used for the blaster but they are not the same when compared. Suggest removing this from the CRL Earlier in the CRL we refer to the flashlight as the SureFireM300A. We should ensure this wording remains consistent in the OPTIONAL section when used for all other blasters.
