On Sunday, July 2, we took part in a special photo session, which was a prize auctioned for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (I described this event above on February 3). The family that won the auction had the opportunity to take unique photos with us in costumes from Star Wars. They could also dress up. This meeting was also an opportunity to take private photos, which I publish below. -

On June 16-18, I took part in the largest fantasy convention in Poland called Pyrkon. I am lucky that it takes place in my hometown in PoznaĆ. The event lasted three days. Due to the fact that I was very much involved in the construction of the entire Polish Garrison stand the day before, and I was saving my strength to dismantle it after the event, I didn't have much opportunity for trooping alone. This explains why I have so few photos. Most of the time I was support, as a service and guarding our exhibition. -

On June 1, 2023, during the Children's Day celebrated in Poland, we visited our local Pediatric Center. Volunteers cooperating with the hospital organized many attractions for small patients on that day. One of them was the opportunity to meet us in costumes. In addition, I have prepared an arrow shooting range for everyone. -

On May 4, 2023, exactly on Star Wars Day, as part of the action organized between the Legion and Lego, I took part in the celebration at the official Lego store in PoznaĆ, in the Posnania Shopping Center. It was very nice to meet many SW fans, at the end of the day we received sets from lego as a gift. It was great, hope to do it again next year. -

On April 22, 2023, I took part in an event called Star Wars Day in ƻnin. Everything happened in a post-industrial area, an old sugar factory that was revitalized and turned into a hotel with a rich recreational offer, a swimming pool and a spa. This event will stay in my memory for a long time. It was a convent that was focused solely on Star Wars, there were no other universes. I was blown away by the huge audience, the vast majority of whom were very Star Wars oriented. Practically everyone was wearing a t-shirt or some accent (backpack, pin) related to our world. It was very nice to be among my own people. In addition, during this event I gave my first lecture entitled "Weapons from the (un)far galaxy", in which I presented the genesis of selected blasters in relation to historical shooting structures. -
Nice beginning, keep going!

Apart from TU, please show us back of helmet. Neck part has to be smooth.

On Saturday, April 15, 2023, I took part in the II. th edition of the Halszkon fantasy convention at the school building in SzamotuĆy near PoznaĆ. Together with friends from Polish Garrison, Eagle Base and Vu'traat Clan, we created a small exhibition of SW accessories in one of the classrooms. In addition, all the children who came had the opportunity to use our Imperial Shooting Range. -
Hi, TK belt is optional item, it has to be worn as an accessory. Pouches are feature that is required for approval. TK belt is worn over belt, over the pouches.

Last Sunday, together with the members of the Polish Garrison, I took part in the charity campaign "Kilometry pomocy" (kilometers of help), a winter swimming campaign, during which money was collected for a specialist wheelchair for a sick boy, Karol. We supported the entire event with our presence. We posed for photos with swimmers and all the guests. We cheered on all the swimmers. The event took place at Lake PawĆowickie near WrocĆaw in Poland For the first time I took part in a winter outdoor event. You know very well what our costumes are like, despite the cold, it was fantastic. More than half of the funds needed have been raised. -
@sammychuk Now it's painting time! So you know about incorrect cap and pockets, you have to paint your boots, and remove the tag. I'm not sure about your gloves, definetly it's too big for your hand. After completing the proper headgear and painting the shoes, it will probably be a good base for the entry level. It would be nice if you could send more detailed photos of your equipment. I recommend hiding the harness hooks on the lower edge of the main belt. It definitely looks better. Hint 1: It's not mandatory, but I strongly recommend painting your equipment with the same paint. It looks very nice in my opinion. I did it with my gear and @SirCalcium followed the same path. Hint 2: If you're going somewhere, go to the top. I sincerely recommend following the "Specialist" direction, i.e. filling the CRL recommendations with blue.

Last Sunday I took part in the largest charity fundraiser in Poland, The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (https://en.wosp.org.pl/). It was the 31st edition of the collection. Each year the purpose of the fundraiser is different, this year funds were collected for equipment to fight sepsis. The money collected by the Foundation throughout Poland is used to purchase medical equipment for Polish hospitals. In my life, both me, when I was a child, and my son after birth, used equipment purchased by this foundation in Polish hospitals (each equipment purchased by the foundation has a special certificate and logo of the foundation, a red heart with the inscription "Wielka Orkiestra ĆwiÄ tecznej Pomocy". You can see at a glance which equipment saves lives), so participating in annual collections is a kind of debt repayment and continuation of a great mission. The rules of collecting are simple. Each donation to the donation box is rewarded with a heart sticker. If the volunteer is wearing an interesting costume that attracts attention, it is easier for him to gather, because many people want to take a picture with you. I have been supporting the Foundation as a volunteer for 10 years. This year, for the first time as a Star Wars cosplayer, a member of the 501st Legion. Members of the 501st Legion took part in this collection in most Polish large cities. I was in my hometown, PoznaĆ. I collected PLN 463 on my own, and as a Star Wars team from PoznaĆ we collected PLN 5,821. -

From December 12, the exhibition "Star Wars - our passion" is available at the PoznaĆ University of Technology Library. It is a local initiative to interest students of the University of Technology in their passion for Star Wars. At the exhibition, a group of SW enthusiasts (including members of the Polish Garrison) shared elements of their collections to create an interesting exhibition together. From me you can see a dummy in a full IAT costume, an Imperial flag, and a DH-17 blaster. The exhibition is available until January 12, 2023, admission is free. -

On December 3-4, 2022, I took part in the first rally of Star Wars fans "Blaster" in Radom (Poland). Traditionally, as part of the Polish Garrison 501st Legion, I performed in the IAT outfit. It was a very nice two days of trooping, an opportunity to see interesting exhibitions and meet friends from the Legion. On December 6 in Poland we celebrate the so-called "MikoĆajki", the name day of Saint MikoĆaj (Santa Claus). In our tradition, St. Santa Claus brings sweets for children on this day. On this occasion, for several hours we enriched our outfits with Christmas accents. -
Congratulations! Very nice, cheers!

Cordial greetings from PoznaĆ, Poland. A very busy week is behind me. See what happened: On October 26, 2022, we visited the newly built pediatric oncology department of the clinical hospital in PoznaĆ (Poland, my city). It was the first day of the little patients in new rooms, new beds. Together with the team, we decided to visit the kids in a new place, cheer them up before the first night in a new place. We posed for photos together and handed out reading books and coloring books. We are proud of every smile we saw on the faces of the children. On October 29, 2022, together with the legionary team, we took part in the Hobby fair in PoznaĆ, at the PoznaĆ International Fair. The Hobby Fair is a place where enthusiasts from all over the country present their interests in various fields. We, as Legion, presented our passion and love for Star Wars and the possibility of experiencing it as a cosplay and as part of the Legion. In addition to the equipment exhibition in our collection, I also brought a shooting range for foam nerf launchers. -
(+++) I am very pleased to see someone else paint their equipment one color. (---) I invariably pick on your boots (constructively of course :)). They lack a zipper and I don't like their top edge.
-
Your boots are without zip closing? Goggles looks very good for me, but it's little to dark in the picture. Paint the clasp parts green too, like the buckle. It will looks strange without it. *My tip: I've painted whole belt green, so everything is same green and looks fine for me
