If you're going for a gold striped Elite or Basic Nova or the Nova Medic (light red stripes) then keep the teeth black. If you're making a Nova Sentinel (silver stripes), then go for the silver teeth. Give me a second, I have a quick line-up somewhere on my computer of all the Novas in-game and their teeth.
