Soo, never really looked into any unapproved costumes before, is there a thread on how they are approved or is it just make the armor from as many references and use for support in submitting?

Well, the TFU and the Dark Skytrooper versions both look like really awesome costumes, but the Sky Trooper from Star Tours is already an approved costume under FISD. It seems they may have left us the TFU version.
