BH19731, soon to be TX with my DT from JT.

The DT build is being tricky. Similar to a classic TK or Shore/Tank trooper, but one major difference is the shoulder harness rig has to actually be load bearing if you plan to go for specialist designation. I decided to cut small horizontal slits into the chestplate to bear the brunt of the weight.

Downsizing pics to add here, but I'm on FB as myself or The Madhouse Cosplay for WIP pics.

The thing with Jim's abdomen

piece is that he made extra lateral pieces so that it would fit people with short or long torsos. Most photos from the movie show 4-7 horizontal notched ribs. In order to have them show or at least a majority of them , and have the belt not cover the lower circle indentation, most people adjust the cod to fit their crotch and then have the bet extend down over the cod. I have a short torso so I had to adjust how far down the cod the bottom part of my belt lays across. Unless you get armor made to your exact body dimensions, you'll have to accept minor differences here and there.

Looking good. Question though. In the 3rd picture, the forearm looks kind of chunky. Is it fastened all the way closed? I only noticed because for the past couple of days I've been obsessing over how perfect the forearm looks in this picture.

Careful obsessing over this picture as the biceps are on wrong ;)

Yes mark, I did not have that forearm completely tight, it was a sloppy test fit.

And I have several snaps attached to the straps between the ab and cod so it can be adjustable to differing lengths to accommodate the belt.
