i am seriusly digging this. When I was doing my trooper some years back I was figuring all this out on paper ....

If it could be adapted to fit the old US Army Alice pack frame, that would be awesome. There are tons of old Alice pack frames out there.

When i was working on mine I got a LC 2 pack frame for it. I also have one of the BSA packs that the Endor and Hoth trooper packs are based on.

It could be used to fit the LC2 pack or Alice pack frame. Its designed to be pretty simple to mount on most frames. Shawn has the design and is working on the pack. https://www.facebook.com/groups/Crookknight/

 

The shovel was designed just in case we needed one for the pack. I think found objects or actual shovels would probably be better to use.

If im not mistaken its the same pack. Shawn should be making this if your interested. Either way post your progress. I would like to see a engineer with a pack and everything.

Combat Engineer with helmet and pack.

Yep, go ahead. Actually getting this into CRL form is a bit further down the line after the Trooper overhaul. However, the more that's prepared, the quicker it'll go through the CRL Team and onto the LMOs for approval.
