Sith Trooper Designated Spec Ops

I wanted to share some great news I received today from our LMO contact @Hask on behalf of the LMO team.  It has been decided that the Sith Trooper will be placed here at Spec Ops upon CRL completion.

While we still need film references, the community here can discuss costume details, begin drafting CRL text proposals, etc.  Let the fun begin!!!

Shouldn't be too hard; it seems to use roughly the same number of pieces as the FOTK so that a good starting point. Delete the knees

The hard part is figuring out what all the do dads and whatcha ma call its are like on the shoulder bell
