Tibberon's IAT Build

So i finally have all my gear and have stated my build. But before I do, I have a question for those of us who used the elbeco correction jumpsuit. How did you mod the collar for the crl?? I was originally thinking of using the shoulder epaulet, but its way smaller than the collar. I have the scrap left over from when I had the jumpsuit hemmed. 

Ive attached a pic of how the epaulet looks. Should I use the left over material to make a new chevron or should I mod the collar??

Ok i think I figured it out. 

 

Obviously the chevron will be on my right as opposed to how it is in the photos. Ill sew it on either tonight or tomorrow.

Yeah I think if you'd sew it on, that looks good to me. I think @TX 62888 did that on his as well, looking at his specialist approval photos.

That is exactly what I did. It works pretty slick. You can then put a button near the chevron.

So did you actually end up using the epaulet?

i folded my collar under, stitched it to the same size, and stitched the collar extension on.  

as is, the collar when flipped up is too tall.
