Adding LED to Anovos DT helmet?

Has anyone added LED to the Anovos Death Trooper bucket?

Before I tear into anything, I wanted to know how easy it is to access the green pulse emitters. Wasn't sure if they were modeled to eventually accept lights and whether there is access once you open up the helmet liner. 

I'm not afraid of modifying things, but I don't want to break anything in the process.
