Good job Eric!! It looks great!!???? In my opinion the only thing I would correct is the chevron, which seems to be a bit open. To solve it, I put a snap with the mandarin collar and a little velcro on the tip to prevent it from opening.

You read my mind! I already have velcro there but maybe it's not far back enough. In person it looks good, but some angles don't look so great. I'll sew on a piece of hook/snap.

this is great~! Im going to go ahead and suggest you do two things to send it up to the top!

First, adjust the straps so you hide the hooks; Hook them to the bottom of the belt, or mount them behind the pouches so they dont pucker. 

Second, adjust the back side straps in towards your spine to get rid of the pucker. The shape of the shoulder straps should be nice and smooth all the way down the back. Looks likeyou have the right sewed V shap, but it should track more like a V.  Then retake your photos,  and send them off to the GML!

Will submit for Specialist after I've made the tweak to the straps some more. Should be in the next week or two.
