Jim Tripon armour

Hi. I've been looking at Jim Tripon armour.

Is there anybody out there who has his amour and is over 6ft 6?

Just curious how his armour fits someone around my height. Whether it fits okay. Will it need shimming to fit me.

Just curious before I think of purchasing. Or go down the 3D printing route.

I have a Jim Tripon kit that I am building. I am just under 5’11”, so a fair bit shorter than you. Here is a photo of the armour on me. You would have room to elongate the torso by reducing the overlap on the abdomen and chest plates as well as on the back and kidney plates. Not sure that you could find 7 inches there and still have them overlap though.

Jim makes a "Tall" kit for people over 6' the shins, thighs, and forearms are longer. He will ask you for your body measurements and then put you a size appropriate kit together.
