IAT Pouches question

Hi guys

Gotta question on the IAT pouches styles, so the crl said any MOLLE pouches without zippers. Are pouches with no flap or those with velcro allowed?? Thanks

There should be no zippers as depicted in the CRL photos. The flaps go over the top, and velcro is allowed.
