Anyone have Sunber STLs?

I'd like to create Lt. Sunber next, but I am drawing an absolute blank on the comlink, comlink clip and those specific macrobinoculars in the CRL. No one seems to make them. Does anyone here have the STLs? If not, how does someone get approval for that CRL?

i look at STLs often for a lot of things and I have not run across that.
