Thanks guys ,Happy New Year everyone , Now thanks to Santa i have upraded to , icomm and aker box with wieless comms, Black shoulder pouldron ,Proper black undersuit without off colour stiching . Im just in bad need of helmet fan's , seems to be a big issue burning out the motors on 9vlt , i went through 5 fans in two days trooping, to do list.attach stainless straps to detonator, attach holster to belt ,,, Have you guys for specialist rating glued your forearm or just tight with no velcro to hide the overlap? A single male snap on the top right corner of the ab plate shall be present and painted black, (normal 12mm pop fastner o.k ? ) A single split rivet or brad shall be present on the crotch tab of the ab plate and painted black. It does not need to be functional. (same as side plate rivits? 8mm) Is it o.k to use 12mm snap fastners to join my holster to canvas belt? sorry to hit you up with small details but thought id check before drilling holes in groins and kidney plates . Silver lenses have arrived , My friend Andre has helped me with twin cooling fan's i need to install , I comm communicator battery need's replacing or its not compatable with the trooperbay voice box ,Has anyone else had this happen (will the Icomm only work with an Aker box or does it not matter ?) ,Ive ordered another battery and wireless headset from Icomm to hopefully isolate the problem ,

Fitted my canvas belt and side plate split pin's , So after a about 10 mins of movement by belt slips down ,e11 hangs back at 45 angle and sideplate rides up out of alignment , Do you guys velcro your belt to back kidney plate to fix this ?

Just awaiting canvas belt and side plate split pin's , Just found out my boots are imitation leather and are actually rubber , Has anyone tried painting tkboots black ? Ive fixed the chest plate from riding above ab plate , Id have to say trooperbay is awesome.

Goo gone is amazing .Cleaned it up a treat , Got a chance to suit up with the alteration's , added in a strap from back plate to kidney and chest to abdominal ,Seems to have solved the riding up chest plate problem , also Thanks Guy's your dark wisdom and inspiration has been so helpful with this build . Next mission ,install fan's and com's to my bucket , i cant believe how addicted to my suit i am , The Precious..... (My wife says what are you going to do to it next install a butt warmer ).

Thanks for the feed back., Ive glossed up the buttons , not sure how i missed it clearly in the CRL , Also ive fixed the zip problem by putting my suit on the right way around ,I can be a Doris at times. Ive also going to try Skins top and bottoms as an undersuit , has anyone got any ideas on how to remove cellotape/stickytape residue off the ABS ,will isopropyl work ? im afraid of melting or effecting the gloss ?

Taking photo's of a shdow suit aint easy , Here's the full suit on , Please any tips on adjustments.???

My Suit came with elastic shoulder straps , Has anyone tried just normal strapping or will this restrict the flex and body movement to much ,i need to pull the groin and back higher on the body . I can tho finally walk awkwardly up steps but if i drop my car key's im up the creek without a paddle .

I got some work to do on the kidney , belly & groin joins , Trooperbay here i come , I'm not a fan of the velcro side join's. dome's , side plate . have to get a canvas belt . Any one recommend anything else that's a must ?
