So helmet I am possibly going to replace my anovos with my printed lid. The anovos weighs a ton and I get a sore neck quite easily. I am very pleased with how the finish is turning out [attachment=0]sam_1080.jpg[/attachment] this way I can get it painted at same time and the paint will match. I can also sell the anovos and recover some money. I have also printed one at 92% for my daughter and painted it to see how well I could do with rattle cans. Oddly enough it actually fits me! Here it is next to the anovos Have toyed with painting all my armour but it took a lot of work just painting the helmet to a nice finish. Still plan on a bodyshop job. I have printed one at 96% but not assembled it yet. Will look at investing in UKswraths sound system to go in the helmet also as really impressed with it. Realised I have completely let my build thread here go dead. Although us UKGarrison guys have our separate forum with build threads I was trying to update this one also on the off chance it helps someone else with their builds so I will do some copy and pasting to update So update Way, way overdue. Will do a couple of posts. First one will cover armour. Will confess to losing some motivation on this build, esp. now it's dark and cold. Hard to get motivated to go to garage and build in freezing cold. Build has still been moving on and think I am getting somewhere but the cost has also been a factor. I never really started with a budget but this is a very expensive build 🙄 Got everything laid out the other day. Apart from a few places I think I am ready for paint. Hey synsei. Good luck with your build. Lots of detailed build threads and helpful people here. The CR-10 is a work horse! You have chosen wisely there 👠Here's a few my cr-10 has churned out 😉 Would recommend double checking with your gml u are good with the files u have before u start. I believe geoffro made some updates to his, as the originals were not accurate. I personally recommend to anybody to reach out to Tom Campbell and use his files. Best decision I made on my build. The amount of time and effort you will put into this, it's worth spending that bit more to get the best out there. The pics above are prints using Toms files. Anyways. I think that is either a mk1 or mk2 armoryshop helmet. His mk3 is considerably smaller to more match anovos (5%bigger than anovos I think) but is too small for some. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Welcome mate. I will try and answer a few of your questions. The hot toys is a very accurate start. It is what Tom Campbell used to model the files for his armour and his is the crl model. Would def recommend going thro other people's cleared builds for info/inspiration. Toms is an obvious one. There is also a couple of guys who have cleared with 3d printed armour. The one I most recommend is nanotek He has some good info and pics of how he finished and reinforced his printed parts. You can also look at mine, although I am not cleared yet. Hopefully Oliver can provide u some support in scaling his files to suit you. Is your printer a creality? I have the endor finders and they are lovely gloves. For the specialist there is: Chest rig - an expensive option is a condor barrage rig. Alternatively there is a cheaper version on evike.com but not in black. All will need modding to make accurate. The screen accurate didn't have any clicky plastic buckles I believe. Another alt. Is to make your own. It was chaos who shared plans to do this I think. Dude this sums up my build 110% also. Every night once kids in bed and as much as I can cram in at the weekends whilst balancing family time and chores. U are making such great progress though so keep it up mate. The finish line is nearing. That back plate looks amazing, especially as I know full well how it began
